Our Introduction to Live Line Procedures Lab is scheduled September 8-11, 2025, at the AMEC training center annex. Enrollment is limited to 24 attendees.
This lab will benefit all apprentice linemen. Please review the agenda for training topic details. This lab will consist of a combination of classroom instruction and primarily field exercises which will allow us to apply additional technical training to accent the on-the-job training. Therefore, participants should come prepared to work outside under various weather conditions.
Participants attending this lab should bring safety harness, hard hat, safety glasses, rubber sleeves/gloves, long-sleeve shirt and hand tools. The registration fee is $400 and includes lunch and other expenses associated with the school.
