We have scheduled a Right-of-Way Tree-Felling Training Course for November 3-5, 2026, to be hosted by Macon Electric in Macon, MO.  Registration will open at 9:30 am and training will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 3rd. The course will conclude at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 5th.  The training course will be instructed by Woodland Tree Services Inc.  A copy of the program is available here. Attendees for this course should include line-clearance personnel and line personnel (linemen).  DUE TO THE HANDS-ON METHOD OF INSTRUCTION THAT WILL BE USED IN TEACHING THIS CLASS, ENROLLMENT WILL BE LIMITED TO 25 PEOPLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. 

Participants attending this training course should bring hard hats, safety glasses, leather gloves, chainsaw chaps and chainsaw (if available), rain suits and appropriate footwear.  This training will consist of both inside and outside hands-on training and attendees should wear appropriate work attire.
