AMEC has scheduled a Right-of-Way Tree-Felling training course for May 12-14, 2026, to be hosted by Laclede Electric Cooperative in Lebanon, MO.  Registration will begin at 9:30 am and training will begin at 10:00 am on May12th. The course will conclude at 2:00 pm on May 14th.  The training course will be instructed by Joe Glenn with Timber Harvest Training, Piedmont, Missouri. A copy of the program is available here. Attendees for this course should include line-clearance personnel and line personnel (linemen).  DUE TO THE HANDS-ON METHOD OF INSTRUCTION THAT WILL BE USED IN TEACHING THIS CLASS, ENROLLMENT WILL BE LIMITED TO 25 PEOPLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. 

Participants attending this training course should bring hard hats, safety glasses, leather gloves, chainsaw chaps and chainsaw (if available), rain suits and appropriate footwear.  This training will consist of both inside and outside hands-on training and attendees should wear appropriate work attire.
