We have scheduled our annual MECIP Training Workshop for March 18-19 at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center in Springfield.  The program will begin Tuesday, March 18 at 1 p.m. and conclude at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19. 

MECIP requests that all cooperative managers and operational personnel attend this meeting.  The MECIP annual meeting will follow immediately upon adjournment of the training meeting.  Lunch will be provided following adjournment of the annual meeting.

Please complete the attached registration form and return as soon as possible or register online in the “Members” area at www.amec.coop. There is no charge to attend this meeting.

We have a block of rooms at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center. The cut-off for our block of rooms is February 18, 2025. The room rate is $114 plus taxes per night. Please make your reservation by calling the hotel at 888-532-4338 and asking for a room from the MECIP/Line Superintendents room block.
