Missouri's electric cooperatives explore energy options from algae
Researchers at Lincoln University in Jefferson City and Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla plan to show how algae, fed by flue gas from Central Electric Power Cooperative’s Chamois Power Plant, can make biodiesel while reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
